Purple Crunch Vegan

  • 300g rolled oats
  • 100g sliced ​​almonds
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 100g coconut oil
  • Agave to taste
  • 5g purple tea

Mix the oats with the almonds and the cinnamon. If you like, you can also mix in some dried fruit or nuts such as apricots, dates, walnuts or hazelnuts. Melt the coconut oil along with the agave over low heat and add to the oatmeal mixture.

Mix well and bake in the oven at 180 degrees on a baking tray lined with baking paper for 10 minutes. Turn everything well with a wooden spoon and leave in the oven for another 6-8 minutes until golden brown. Crunch ready.
